At Robens Butik, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: 12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over 50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand how to proceed.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Benzin- & multibrændere
  • Brændere
  • Gasbrændere
  • Ovne
  • Ovne til telte

These items are excluded due to safety and hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template below for your email.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once we receive and process your return. Shipping costs for the replacement item(s) will be covered by Robens Butik.
